These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of leoxawalk.com and your purchase of products from Leoxa.

Leoxa is a trade name operated by Hefei Wanjiang E-commerce Co., Ltd. By visiting the site, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an order.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your place of residence, or use the site with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate information and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account or order has been used without authorization.

2. Store information and product descriptions

We try to present product descriptions, measurements, colors, images, pricing, availability, and other information accurately. Screens, lighting, photography, manufacturing variation, and measurement methods can cause reasonable differences. Product images are illustrative and do not guarantee that colors will appear identical on every device.

Kigurumi onesies are generally designed with a relaxed silhouette. Review the product measurements and Size Guide before ordering. Unless a product page states otherwise, products on the U.S. storefront are intended for adult use.

3. Prices, taxes, and promotions

Prices and promotions can change without notice. The price shown at checkout when you submit an order is the price that applies, subject to correction of obvious errors. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are displayed before order submission.

Promotions may have separate terms, dates, eligibility requirements, exclusions, and limits. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

4. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted. We may verify payment, address, availability, quantity, fraud signals, or other information before acceptance and fulfillment.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or description errors, unavailable inventory, shipping restrictions, policy violations, or inability to verify information. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the canceled amount.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal. PayPal may allow payment through a PayPal account or eligible guest card checkout. Payment options, approval, verification, and account availability are determined by PayPal and the relevant financial institution.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and that the billing information is accurate. Review our Payment Methods page for additional information.

6. Shipping and delivery

Order processing, shipping methods, estimated transit times, tracking, delays, and delivery-address responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Risk of loss and title pass as required by applicable law. If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will provide the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a delay or canceling for a refund.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Return authorization, timing, condition requirements, and shipping responsibilities apply as described in that policy.

Nothing in our policies limits non-waivable rights available under applicable consumer law.

8. Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately to request an order change or cancellation. We may be unable to make changes after processing or shipment begins. A request is not confirmed until Leoxa provides written confirmation.

9. Acceptable use

You may use the site only for lawful personal shopping and related purposes. You may not interfere with site security or operation; introduce malware; scrape or extract data without permission; use automated tools to place orders or abuse promotions; impersonate another person; submit false information; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

We may suspend access, cancel orders, or take other reasonable action if we believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

10. Intellectual property

The site and its text, graphics, logos, layout, photographs, videos, product presentation, software, and other content are owned by or licensed to Hefei Wanjiang E-commerce Co., Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view and use the site for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

11. Reviews, messages, and submitted content

If you submit a review, photo, message, idea, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate third-party rights. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, decisions, or practices.

13. Errors and availability

Information on the site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We may correct errors, update information, change or discontinue products, or cancel affected orders. If an error affects an order already paid, we will contact you and provide an appropriate correction, cancellation, or refund.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly stated on the product page or required by law.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability relating to a specific order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different remedy is required by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Hefei Wanjiang E-commerce Co., Ltd. harmless from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply where prohibited by consumer law.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are interpreted under applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your place of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, you and Leoxa agree to try in good faith to resolve the matter by contacting support@leoxawalk.com.

Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court or other forum with competent jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking relief where required or permitted by applicable law.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our store, policies, services, or legal requirements. The revised Terms take effect when posted unless a later date is stated. Changes do not retroactively reduce rights that already apply to a completed order.

20. General terms

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the policies and notices referenced in them, form the agreement between you and Leoxa concerning the site and purchases.
