30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused outdoors or only tried on indoors for sizing
  • Clean and free from dirt, odor, stains, heavy hair buildup, or outdoor wear
  • In its original condition
  • Returned with the original packaging, tags, inserts, and accessories, if included
  • Returned with proof of purchase, such as your order number or order confirmation email

Dog shoes that have been worn outdoors, heavily used, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please keep your tracking number until your return has been received and processed.

Return Shipping Costs

For non-defective returns, including size changes, fit issues, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If the item you received is defective, damaged, incorrect, or has a confirmed quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos. Once confirmed, we will help resolve the issue with a replacement, refund, or return shipping support depending on the situation.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product issue.

Refunds

Once your returned item arrives at our return warehouse, we will inspect it and confirm whether it meets our return conditions.

If the return is approved, we generally process the refund within 48 hours after the returned item is received and confirmed eligible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue. We will review the case and help provide a suitable solution.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items requested for return more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items worn outdoors or showing signs of heavy use
  • Items with dirt, odor, stains, scratches, damage, or heavy hair buildup
  • Items that have been washed, altered, repaired, or modified
  • Items returned without original packaging or required accessories
  • Items not purchased directly from Leoxawalk.com

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@leoxawalk.com.

We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery if the item meets our return conditions.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any additional carrier fees.

Refunds for refused or undeliverable packages will be processed after the package is returned to us and inspected.
